During my Christmas stay, I loved the friendly staff who provided exceptional service. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with many attractions within walking distance such as the Royal Palace. The rooftop bar had a spectacular view of the city and the food was delicious.
The bathroom in the room was not well maintained and the showerhead was loose. breakfast lacked variety and was quite basic.

The location was great, close to several tourist attractions, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooftop bar/restaurant had an awesome view, and the breakfast was good.

Nice staff, convenient and clean room, quiet location within easy walking distance to the moat, some restaurants and the supermarket, staff bend over backwards to serve you, awesome view from the roof restaurant.
No appealing pool.

The hotel is situated in an area which affords excellent views, and the rooftop restaurant provides the perfect setting to soak them up. the rooms themselves have comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Service is friendly, though they may struggle with English, and the hotel offers extras such as a pool and bath in some rooms.
There may be maintenance issues in progress that distract from it's beauty.
